NOTE: The RSVP'S are not due until we start the final process (about one week prior to your event)    It is important to secure your place in the production schedule. Due to seasonal demands we limit order acceptance.

 General Production Details

Upon receipt of the signed contract with 1/2 down deposit, we are proud to provide our quick turn-a-round time frome of 15 working days (excluding delivery) for our custom, handcrafted scrolls.

This turn-a-round time is possible due to our in-house full production of your scroll process. We provide personalized guidance through our process.  This ensures accurate and timely results.

Communication will be via phone, fax and the Internet. We pride ourselves on the ability to alleviate the stress of dealing with the last minute details via our exclusive six step process which will guide you through the guest list first prepared draft and the final completed approval document.
